Whiplash
and craniosacral therapy

Supporting recovery from whiplash with craniosacral therapy

Whiplash injury can result in a number of symptoms, perhaps seemingly unconnected and arising several days, weeks – or even years – after the injury.

Whiplash affects the whole spine, central nervous system and muscles and connective tissue along the length of the spine. Common symptoms include headaches and pain, tingling or numbness in arms or legs. However, lower back pain and digestive issues can sometimes be traced back to whiplash, and I have seen these, and other conditions associated with the whiplash injury, resolve following craniosacral therapy.
